Order Processing

 

• All our products are made to order using 3D printing or print-on-demand.

• Processing time may vary between 2 to 5 business days, depending on the product type and workload.

 

Shipping within Spain and the European Union

 

• Orders are shipped via trusted courier services.

• Estimated delivery time is 4 to 7 business days from dispatch.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on weight, size, and destination.

   

• Shipments to Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

  Our prices include VAT, in accordance with Spanish and EU regulations.

  However, shipments to Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are VAT exempt and subject to IGIC (Canary Islands), IPSI (Ceuta and Melilla) and, where applicable, customs duties or clearance fees.

  These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

International Shipping (outside the EU)

 

• Estimated delivery time is 7 to 21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

• The customer is responsible for import taxes, duties, and customs fees applied by the destination country.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.

   

 

• Shipments outside the EU are sent under DAP terms: import duties and taxes are not included and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

Shipping Addresses

 

• It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address.

• We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 

Order Tracking

 

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number (when available from the carrier).

 

Delivery Issues

 

• If an order arrives damaged or is not delivered, please contact us within 7 calendar days from the estimated delivery date so we can file a claim with the carrier and provide a solution.
