EU Returns: Customers have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal on non-customized products. No justification for the return is required.

Conditions: The item must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.

Exceptions:
We do not accept returns on customized products or items clearly made to order for the customer (Art. 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU).
Iems purchased on clearance or marked as final sale are not eligible for return, except in case of defect.”
Returns will not be accepted for items damaged due to improper use.

Return shipping costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Only the product price and the original standard shipping cost will be refunded.

Outside the EU: For international orders outside the European Union, returns are only accepted in case of defective or damaged items during shipping.

In all cases the return shipping costs, customs duties, or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping including import tases, duties and related fees. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
